| Shipping & Returns
- We ship to any city in Indonesia and outbound. For international buyer we will guide you with the shipping rate according to the carrier. If there any, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package from website given (according to the carrier) and entering your tracking number into the space provided.
- Different shipping rate based on product's weight and destination. You may see the shipping rate during check out order by selecting your city destination. If you cannot find your city destination (country for international buyer), please check "not on list" for the city listed, type your city or country in street address field. We will email the shipping fee manually.
- As for the weight of the goods, please refer to the following: 1-4 pieces of spring and summer clothes per Kg; 1-2 pieces of autumn and winter clothes per Kg.
- All items are ready stock. We will ship immediately in 2-3 working days upon receiving your payment confirmation. After posting out your items, we will update your order status with email notification or SMS.
- Normally it takes 1-2 days (depend on the carrier) to send the goods to domestic big cities and about 3 days to medium and small cities (this estimation arrival for your reference).
- We do not deliver on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there were public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery nor loss of items by the carrier at your end.
- We do not give any warranty in respect to the delivery time of the freight forwarder due to a number of factors including flight transportation.
- Please re-check your address before submitting your order.
- We double check to make sure that your items will be in good condition when being sent. Outside that is not our responsibility.
- All orders are shipped from Surabaya via Tiki service. If there any, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package by calling Tiki customer service at your city. For International buyer you can track your package from EMS website.
